Sam Taylor is a transactional attorney who advises companies at every stage of growth, from startup formation to exit. In addition to his work in Intellectual Property Law, for which he is being recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America, Sam helps clients navigate data privacy, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, financings, and acquisitions. Sam is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for US and European data privacy laws (CIPP/US and CIPP/E). Sam also draws on his experience as Assistant Director of the Startup Law Clinic at Boston University, where he counseled MIT startups and mentored the next generation of attorneys.
