As a filmmaker and two-time founder turned corporate attorney, Ross brings entrepreneurial perspective, passion, and creativity to his work representing technology companies. Previously, Ross was the Founder and Head of Atrium’s FinTech & Blockchain practice where he led a team that represented industry-leading AI, fintech, blockchain, and payment technology companies.
Ross also founded and runs the Blockchain Lawyers Forum, an international organization of legal practitioners focused on interpreting and shaping the evolving global regulatory landscape. Ross has served as a mentor to blockchain incubators such as Binance Labs and IDEO CoLab, frequently speaks at conferences on topics ranging from startups to blockchain to legal tech, and has provided testimony to Wyoming’s Blockchain Task Force.
Ross received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and began his legal career at Gunderson Dettmer in Silicon Valley, where he represented high profile startups and VCs. Prior to law school, Ross founded a film production company and a software company. He also represented A-list actors, writers, and directors at the United Talent Agency in Hollywood.
