Gea Kang

Gea works with companies throughout various stages of their lifecycle, including on corporate governance, compliance and reporting matters, and financing events.

Prior to joining SPZ, Gea was a corporate associate in Cooley LLP’s Palo Alto office, where she worked with emerging companies, venture capital funds, and public companies, as well as on pro bono asylum cases. She has also worked in international development at The Asia Foundation.

Gea received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was a member and student executive director of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau.

In her free time, Gea enjoys kitchen experiments and outings with her dog.
