Hannah is a highly skilled corporate transactional attorney with a focus on working with startup companies and investors across various industries. With her expertise in providing practical and efficient legal advice, Hannah is dedicated to being a supportive member of her clients' teams as they build their companies.
Hannah began her legal career at Gunderson Dettmer. During her time there, she gained valuable experience advising startup founders on corporate legal matters throughout their companies’ lifecycles.
Her Areas of Expertise Include:
- Formation of companies,
- Day-to-day corporate legal matters such as granting equity and handling board and stockholder approvals,
- Private financing rounds at all stages,
- Mergers and acquisitions, and
- Representing leading venture capital firms in their investments in startup companies.
Hannah has worked on over 140 equity financing rounds, giving her a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in startup financing.
Hannah attended Berkeley Law School, where she earned her J.D. and Business Law Certificate. She was an active member of the Berkeley Business Law Journal and played a pivotal role as a founding member of the Startup Law Initiative pro bono program.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys exploring new arts and crafts, reading, and spending quality time with her family and pets. She is a dedicated volunteer with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of San Mateo County, an organization that advocates for children in the foster care system. Additionally, Hannah fosters rescue animals through multiple Bay Area rescue groups such as Pack Lyfe Rescue and SaveABunny.
