She has represented software companies across a variety of fields, as well as CPG and food and beverage companies.
Prior to pivoting to a startup-focused practice, Elizabeth began her legal career as a debt finance associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. She represented financial institutions and alternative lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors in middle market and bulge bracket syndicated debt facilities. She has experience in project financings, rescue financings and leveraged acquisitions, as well as cross-border transactions in a number of jurisdictions.

In her time off, Elizabeth tries to spend as much time as possible visiting her family in Europe or somewhere by the ocean (preferably both). She is a bookworm, an animal lover and a mom to two young kids and a rescue pitbull.
