Morgan Kasenchak is a highly skilled transactional attorney with experience advising companies of all stages across various industries, focusing on intellectual property and commercial transactions. Morgan advises clients on key business and product development decisions, and has extensive experience with intellectual property licensing, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining SPZ, Morgan practiced for eight years as a technology transactions attorney, first at Morgan Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia and then at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
Morgan attended Berkeley Law School, where she earned her J.D. and Business Law Certificate, and interned with Sony PlayStation and Gusto. She was an active member of the Berkeley Business Law Journal and co-founded the Startup Law Initiative pro bono program. Prior to law school, Morgan studied journalism at Drexel University and worked as a Criminal Division Assistant at the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys reading, watching TV, spending time with her cats, trying new restaurants, and traveling with her friends and family.
