Hannah’s legal career began at Gunderson Dettmer, where she honed her skills advising startup founders on a wide range of corporate legal matters. Her experience spans the entire lifecycle of a company, from formation to exit, including day-to-day legal operations, including equity grants, board and stockholder approvals, private financing rounds, and mergers and acquisitions. She has also represented leading venture capital firms in their investments, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the investor side of startup financing.

With experience in over 140 equity financing rounds, Hannah possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of startup financing.
