As distributed workforces have become the norm, Mosey's technology emerged as a critical tool for companies navigating the patchwork of state-by-state requirements that come with hiring across state lines.
Gusto's acquisition of Mosey deepens its already powerful suite of payroll, benefits, and HR tools, positioning the combined platform as a comprehensive solution available for growing businesses operating across the country.

SPZ Legal served as legal counsel to Mosey throughout the transaction, guiding the team from early-stage deal structuring through a successful close.
